Food & Dress to Impress Patrick Kavanagh
This project will explore and document the life which existed around the ‘old’ flour mill in Inniskeen in Kavanagh’s time, focusing on bread making. It will also research the craft of tailoring at that time. The project will make use of scanning and photo editing software to enhance photographs from the time and draw comparisons using digital photographs and video of production now.
